Initial meeting
Each evaluation will begin with a meeting with program leadership to review student achievement data, teacher certifications, programming goals, and other relevant information.
Classroom observations
We can schedule several classroom observations with feedback to teachers and leaders to evaluate to what degree program goals are being met day-to-day.
SWOT analysis
Once the initial meeting and classroom observations are complete, a SWOT analysis will be conducted to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (challenges). This may result in same day recommendations for “low hanging fruit” that can make an impact immediately and will lead to a step-by-step planning session for future visits.
